Stop the painful cycle. Find the way back to love and connection.
You wanted lasting love and someone to build a life with. You finally found your person. But now, you’re in so much pain.
You try to work it out.
Somehow that makes it worse.
You talk out an issue, but then something else happens.
All the old hurts come up all over again.
You’re confused, overwhelmed, and so afraid of losing the person you fought to find.
At the same time, you know you can’t keep living like this.

You came to this relationship with love.
You also came with a stack of survival strategies you learned long ago.
Ways of staying safe. Ways of getting your needs met. Ways of not getting hurt again.
Those strategies are doing exactly what they were designed to do.
The problem is – they weren’t designed so you could feel close and connected with a loving partner.
So, what do you do now?
You reach out to me. I’ve helped countless couples escape the torture of endless conflicts. I can help you, too.
The truth is: you both still want the same thing. The path to clarity exists.
Creating lasting change in your relationship requires guidance, intentional practice, and support.
Without deliberate practice, new patterns rarely take hold.
Much like drills in sports, couples need difficult moments slowed down, broken into smaller steps, and practiced differently.
In therapy, we work carefully within moments of conflict so partners can move from reacting automatically to responding with greater awareness, responsibility, and connection.

One step at a time, we will rebuild the relationship into what you need today.
We talk about the specifics of the conflicts you’re stuck having over and over. Conflict becomes less heated just by naming and understanding the cycle.
You each explore what comes up in difficult moments and share your feelings in a softer, more vulnerable way. These moments give you the chance to become closer instead of further apart.
New habits for conflict are in place. You can reflect on how those conflicts drew you closer when you slowed things down. You are now able to resolve your issues on your own.

We know we want to love deeper and better.
But often we don’t have a clear model for what love is.
The model we were given might include romance and affection, but perhaps not the actual ingredients for long-term love: understanding, respect, trust, nonjudgment, honest communication, safe vulnerability, and connection to self.
While it is intuitive to feel love, its maintenance over decades requires skills that might not feel intuitive if you came to know love in a chaotic, critical, or otherwise dysfunctional environment.
You want to do things differently, but you might not know what that looks like.
I help couples find their way through the challenges back into connection. We discover together a way to experience love that works for them. I include my own wisdom having been where you are, as well as expert consultation, evidence-based practices, and a decade of experience helping couples like you.
If you know things aren’t working and today is the day something has to change, reach out to me.
I don’t take sides. My work is on the bond between you – not one partner or the other – starting from what drew you together and what you’re still fighting to protect.
We’ll slow difficult moments down and practice them differently. You’ll learn new ways of responding and have the ability to choose them in the heat of the hard moments.
In my work with couples, I specifically help couples dealing with high conflict relationships. You won’t shock me with the difficult details of what’s been happening. I’m ready to wade into the center of the conflict and help you resolve it right then and there.
We’ll start by exploring what’s working. We’ll explore in depth the issues you’re facing. You may have specific conversations you need to have with me, and I offer direction for where we need to go next. We’ll collaborate on a timeline, make goals, and create a vision for the future with the specific steps it’ll take to get there.
One partner being more uncertain at the start is almost always true. What matters is being in the room and doing the work.
Most couples start to see the cycle more clearly within the first few sessions. The practicing – the new responses that hold under pressure – takes longer. Every relationship is different. I’ll tell you where you are the whole way through.
Most couples therapy works on the content of what you’re fighting about. My work focuses on how you’re fighting – the process, the cycle, what’s actually driving the distance – so that every other hour you’re not with me starts to feel different too.
Then you have some insight. What’s often missing is the practice. Knowing the pattern and drilling through it are completely different things. That second part is what this work is built for.

Let’s figure this out together.
Imagine turning to your person and being met with love, patience, and deep compassion.
They’re there when you need them. You’re the partner you always wanted to be to them.
That’s closer than it feels right now.
